CARE

All of our tables are finished with either a very low VOC water based polyeurethane of hand rubbed wax/oil finish. When delivered, extra care should be taken as the finish may still be curing for up to 10 days. once fully cured, it will be a very durable foinish for years to come. That said, as with all wood finishes, care must be taken to avoid damage and prolong the life of the finish.

* Use coasters, hot pads, trivets, and placemats whenever possible
* Quickly wipe up any spills (immediately wipe up wine spills and rings)
* use Murhy’s Oils Soap Wipes or a warm damp cloth to clean the surface. Do not use anything with harsh or abrasive ingredients.

PAYMENT

A non refundable 50% deposit is required on all custom furniture orders. Balance is due prior to shipping. For all stock items, payment in full is required.

All made to order furniture is final sale once the order has been placed into production. All lead times are approximate and are subject to change. Lead times are quoted as production lead times and do not include transit time, which will be provided upon completion of the order.
We personally inspect every item to ensure that it meets our quality standards before it leaves the warehouse. SLTWTR Co. does not have an in house delivery service, therefore all shipments are made via third party companies. SLTWTR Co. will not be held responsible for any damages after product has left our shop. Any transit damage discovered after the fact and not noted in writing on the bill of lading, will preclude a damage claim with the appropriate company. It is responsibility of the receiver to inspect all items before signing off on the bill of lading or allowing the driver to leave. If your order arrives in such a condition, please contact us and let us know ASAP. 

Made to order ~ diameter size and material can be built to your specs. We will strive to get your exact dimensions. Sometimes we may need to change them due to issues in the wood.
